Dr. Eileen Denny began her healthcare career at 17 in emergency medical services, spending 20 years caring for auto injuries, trauma, and acute pain while working through college and chiropractic school. In her early 20s, a car accident left her in daily pain until chiropractic care helped her heal and return to work — the experience that made chiropractic her profession.
As a mother of four with high‑risk pregnancies, she learned firsthand the value of specialized prenatal and pediatric care. She later earned board certification in pediatric chiropractic (DICCP), advanced prenatal chiropractic training, acupuncture (Dipl AC), and a Master’s degree in Nutrition. She also serves as an off‑site clinician for the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic.
Her care is gentle, practical, and individualized — rooted in clear communication and decades of real‑world clinical experience.
Outside the office, Dr. Denny is a former EMT‑I, a lighthouse lover, and a proud rescue dog and cat mom. The lighthouse in the practice logo comes from Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven, symbolizing the steady, reliable guidance she aims to provide for every patient.
